Over 3 years ago I saw PTFE coated fabric used in commercial kitchens and immediately saw an application for the Aussie BBQ. After heaps of research and discussion and trials with various manufacturers, a product suitable and safe for everyday use on Aussie barbeques was born and is now used by 1000’s of people here and around the world.

When it comes to cooking food for my family I need to know that I am cooking on something safe. BBQ-EZY uses the highest quality manufacturing process and raw materials to end up with the strongest bbq liner available which is the only one that will take the high temperatures of the Aussie BBQ, over 350⁰C, so you can use over your grill or plate. BBQ-EZY comes in two thicknesses 13 micron and 25 micron, cheaper ones are generally no thicker than baking paper, and you would probably realise what happens to that on the barbeque.
